First-time setup? Leave the username blank and enter the master admin key as the password.

Permissions are per function (one checkbox per admin page) — a superuser always has every function regardless of what's checked here, and doesn't need any granted explicitly. The master admin key (set in .env) still works independently of any account here, as a standing fallback.
