Each sponsor needs an image URL — this site doesn't host image uploads, so the image has to already be hosted somewhere (the sponsor's own site, a CDN) and this just links to it. A sponsor can optionally link out to their own site when clicked; leave that blank for a logo with no click-through. Order controls left-to-right / top-to-bottom position on the banner (lower numbers first); switching a sponsor off hides them from the banner without deleting their details.
